「Quattro forme」シリーズは、人が記憶を“ひとつの四角い断片”として心の中に持ち帰るという感覚から生まれた作品群です。私たちは写真を撮るように、体験を無意識に四角く切り取り、視覚だけでなく、言葉にできない感覚までも四角形として保存しています。本作は、その見えない“四角い感覚”を静かにすくい上げ、形として立ち上げる試みです。
本シリーズはコンセプチュアル・アートを基盤とし、ミニマルな形態の中に潜む「構造化された感覚」を扱っています。四角というフレームの中には、記憶・感情・気配といった曖昧な層が静かに重なり合っています。その不可視の領域を、作品として可視化することを目指しています。
この作品の前に立つと、鑑賞者は自分の中に眠っていた“記憶の断片”や“言葉にならない感覚”に静かに触れることができます。
四角いフレームは、私たちが日々の体験を無意識に切り取り、心の中へ持ち帰るときの自然なかたちです。作品に向き合うことで、忘れていた感情の層や、微かな気配がふと立ち上がり、自分自身の内側にある「もうひとつの四角い感覚」を再発見する体験が生まれます。視覚的な美しさだけでなく、“思い出す”“感じ直す”“静かに立ち止まる”といった内面的な時間を味わえる作品です。

The “Quattro forme” series originates from the idea that humans
carry memories as small rectangular fragments.
Much like taking a photograph, we unconsciously frame our experiences—
not only visual impressions, but even intangible sensations—
as square-like forms within the mind.
This series seeks to reveal those quiet, unseen “square sensations”
that emerge beneath the surface of perception.
Grounded in conceptual art, the works explore the structure
of sensations that resist verbalization, expressed through
minimal geometric forms.
Within the square as a natural frame, layers of memory, emotion,
and atmosphere quietly accumulate.
The series aims to make this invisible territory perceptible
through the act of giving it form.
Standing before this work, viewers may encounter quiet fragments of memory
or subtle sensations that usually remain unspoken.
The square functions as a natural frame—
the way we unconsciously capture and carry our experiences within the mind.
As one engages with the piece, layers of forgotten emotions and faint atmospheres
begin to surface, offering a moment to rediscover
one’s own “square-shaped sensations.”
